The Cal Poly Humboldt women continued to roll in softball on Sunday, sweeping a non-conference doubleheader at Menlo College.
The Lumberjacks won 7-3 and 4-3 and have now won three straight and six of their last seven games.
The Humboldt women, who took three of four conference games at Cal State East Bay on Friday and Saturday, are now 11-7 on the season and 5-3 in the California Collegiate Athletic Association.
However, it was announced on Tuesday that the team’s home openers have been pushed back.
The Jacks were scheduled to play a four-game series against Cal State San Marcos on Friday and Saturday, but all four games have been canceled due to the expected rain this week.
The games will not be rescheduled.
The team’s home openers will now take place against Sonoma State on March 29 and 30, with a doubleheader scheduled for each day.
Next up, the Cal Poly Humboldt women are scheduled to play a non-conference doubleheader at Dominican on March 13.
