The Humboldt Crabs scored three runs in the bottom of the third inning on the way to a 4-1 win over the California Expos at the Arcata Ball Park on Saturday, the team’s sixth straight win.
Bryce Kirk led the Crabs at the plate, finishing 3-for-4 with a double, while Jalen Smith was 2-for-3 and Damian Henderson had a triple.
Kyle Pruhsmeier pitched seven innings for the win, allowing one run on five hits and striking out five.
With the win, the Crabs improved to 12-10.
The two teams will close out a weekend stand on Sunday at 12:30 p.m.
