The Cal Poly Humboldt Lumberjack Iron Camp will return this summer for local athletes aged 13-18.
The camp, which is hosted by legendary Lumberjacks strength and conditioning coach Drew Petersen and his staff, is free of charge for anyone interested on a first come basis.
The camp will run for three days a week for five weeks beginning on Monday July 7.
The camp will take place on Monday, Wednesday and Friday of each week from 8 to 10 a.m.
The camp, which was first held in the early 1990s, has a longtime tradition in the area.
It was held each summer for 26 years before being canceled in 2018.
However, Petersen got the green light to bring it back a year ago.
Space is limited and is expected to fill up quickly.
Anyone interested can register for the camp here.
The camp will take place at the CPH field house.
