The Humboldt Eagles will hold tryouts for their summer 19U and 17U teams on Tuesday and Wednesday of next week.
The tryouts will be held at Beloti Field (formerly known as Bomber Field) across from the Redwood Acres and are open to players aged 13 to 19.
Any player who turns 20 this calendar year is not eligible.
The tryouts begin at 5 p.m. on both days, with sign-in and warmups at 4 p.m.
Interested players can access registration forms online at humboldteagles.com and they are asked to bring the completed forms to the tryouts.
A fee of $500 is due at the tryouts, and, according to the local Legion club, sponsorships are available to help offset the cost.
Matt Tomlin will coach this year’s 19U team.
The season for both teams starts in June.
