VIDEO HIGHLIGHTS — Moon, Armstrong combine for highlight plays

One of the wildest games you’ll see all season took place at McKinleyville High School on Wednesday night.

The Panthers welcomed the St. Bernard’s Crusaders to town for a non-conference boys basketball game and it was a night that featured some wild swings.

The home team started strong and led 21-0 after holding the visitors scoreless for the opening quarter and a half.

But the Crusaders would come storming back and answered with a 13-0 run of their own.

The St. Bernard’s boys continued to enjoy the better of exchanges in the third quarter and carried a seven-point lead into the fourth.

But an unpredictable flow to the game switched momentum again in the final period, as the Panthers came storming back to secure a 45-39 win.

The late McKinleyville surge included two alley oops, with point guard Neil Moon setting up teammate Cole Armstrong on both occasions.

Check out video highlights of the one of the plays above.
