By Ray Hamill — Wednesday night’s Division-4 NorCal championship game was a fantastic celebration of local high school girls basketball here on the North Coast.
The first-ever all-local NorCal regional championship showdown between St. Bernard’s and Arcata was played in front of a packed house at College of the Redwoods, with fans lined up all around the court.
