The SB bats managed just two hits against the Ramblers on Thursday, one each by Brayden Luna and Tyler Maples.

Luna also threw one scoreless inning in relief, as head coach Matt Tomlin gave some of his young pitchers one inning each in order to save the staff for tournament play.

Team ace Tyler Dimmick will get the start for game two against Arizona’s Buckeye High at 6 p.m.
