“I was very happy with my team,” St. Bernard’s head coach Matt Tomlin said. “Because we had so many JVs called up and everybody stepped up and made plays, and we found a way to win the game, maybe nobody more than Tyler Dimmick.”

Several players stepped up for both teams.

Quarterback Lane Campbell played well for Hoopa, including scoring on a 26-yard TD run for his team’s opening score of the game.

he also combined with teammate Darvin Davis IV on a 10-yard scoring pass to give the visitors a 19-7 advantage late in the second quarter.
