A packed grandstand was in attendance for the third race night of the year at the Redwood Acres Raceway on Friday, and it was a good night for Fortuna’s Dave Henderson.
The night’s action, which was presented by DelReka Distributing, coincided with the return of the Redwood Acres Fair and featured all five divisions.
Henderson placed first in the 60-lap Late Models main event, followed by Mike Doss, Jeremy Doss, Brandon Barnwell and Luke Hall.
A busy Jeremy Doss also competed in the Legends division, which featured two 25-lap main events, and he took a pair of checkered flags.
In an exciting first main, Doss crossed the line ahead of Brandon White, Chris Lawrence, Jordon Paiment and Brett Murrell.
He replicated the feat in the second main, which was equally exciting, with White second again, followed by Paiment, Murrell and Chris Sarvinski.
The Bomber main was won by Raquel Krupa, with her brother Jordan Krupa in second. Gannon Cyphers placed third, ahead of Kadence Toland and Ryan Walters.
Cyphers also raced in the Mini Stocks division and placed first in the main event, followed by Brian Murrell, Jr., Jarrett Mayo, Cole Peterson and Colton Kinsey.
And rounding out a busy night of action at the local track, Tim Ratzlaff subbed for Tanisha Ratzlaff and took the checkered flag in the Roadrunner main, followed by Brian Hopkins, Jeremiah Martin, Dylan Ford and Nick Ford.
Racing returns to the Redwood Acres Raceway on July 9, with Harper Motors presenting the Firecracker 100 for the Late Models.
