The College of the Redwoods men’s soccer team fell 2-1 to Lassen on Friday in its home opener.

Ethan Kulchin scored the Corsairs’ only goal off a header, with Blake Vogt and Angel Ornelas Padilla both assisting on the play.

The game kicks off a six-game, three-week home stand for the Redwoods men.

With the loss, the Corsairs drop to 0-4 on the season.

Next up, the Corsairs host Mendocino at 2 p.m. on Tuesday.
