Humboldt State improved to 7-1 in softball on Tuesday with a doubleheader sweep at Saint Martin’s, taking the opener 4-1 and the nightcap 12-4 in six innings.
With the win, the Lumberjacks have extended their winning streak to seven and secured their second consecutive series.
Izzy Starr led the way in the sweep, finishing 5-for-7 with five RBIs, including two home runs and a triple.
The HSU women close out a three-game series with the Saints with a single game on Wednesday.
