By Ray Hamill — For those unable to make the trip to any of the high school football games this week, three local games will be broadcast live here on the North Coast.

On Friday night, Tag Wotherspoon and the crew at MIX 95.1 FM will head south to Lake County to call Fortuna’s game at Kelseyville, the Huskies’ third straight road trip to start the season.

The game gets under way at 7:30 p.m., with the pregame show at 7:10.

Also on Friday night, John Pritchett and John Horner will call the Del Norte game on KPOD 97.9 FM, as the Warriors look to go to 3-0 against La Salle in Crescent City.

Kickoff is set for 7:30 p.m.

Wotherspoon will be back in action on Saturday, broadcasting live from Crusader Field as St. Bernard’s hosts Arcata in its first home game.

Kickoff is set for 1 p.m., with the pregame show at 12:40 p.m.
