VIDEO — Loggers first drive highlights and touchdown

By Ray Hamill — The Eureka Loggers lost an exciting game 40-27 at home to the Placer Hillmen in Friday night’s season opener at Albee Stadium, but there were plenty of positives in the performance.

Most notably the play of quarterback Trevor Bell and receiver Josiah Graham, who combined on a pair of long touchdown throws and were each involved in three of their team’s four TDs.

The Loggers set the tone early and began the game in impressive fashion, driving 80 yards on 15 plays on their first possession, capped by a TD throw from Bell to Lamarie Dunn.
