The Fortuna girls wrestling team got the new season off to an impressive start with some good individual performances at the Riley Roullett Memorial Tournament in Oroville on Saturday.

Isabelle Van Helden (130) and Allison Watson (140) led the team and both placed second in their weight brackets.

Teammate Tiffany Krause also impressed and finished fourth in the 125-pound bracket.
