The Fortuna Huskies closed out the Anderson boys basketball tournament against Orland on Saturday and fell 51-43.
The Huskies started the stronger of the two teams and led 13-9 after the opening quarter, but Orland would quickly take control with a big second quarter, outscoring Fortuna 19-5 for the period.
The Huskies enjoyed balanced scoring for the game with four players finishing with eight or more points.
Lolo Payne scored a team-high 10 points in the loss and also had five rebounds.
Jack Stacy, Jace Barsanti and Owen Wallen each finished with eight points.
Barsanti also had a team-best seven assists and three steals, while teammate Gavin Mayberry pulled down a team-high eight rebounds.
Hunter Reback also had a good game on the boards and added seven rebounds.
With the loss, the Fortuna boys closed out tournament play 1-2.
They are now 4-8 on the season.
Next up, the Huskies will play at the Bear River tournament, opening on Thursday against Center High School.
