The two-time defending North Coast Section champions will host a softball clinic for young players next week.

The two-day McKinleyville Panthers clinic for eighth-graders and younger will run on Monday and Tuesday and will be split into two sessions, one for beginners and one for advanced players.

The first session for beginners will run from 8:30 to 11:30 a.m. on both days, with the advanced players taking the field from noon to 3 p.m.

The cost of the clinic is $50.
