A shorthanded Hoopa Warriors volleyball team ran out to a comfortable win at South Fork to open the Little 4 on Thursday night.
The Warriors, who were missing a few players because of various commitments, won 25-5, 25-7, 25-8.
The Hoopa players had a big night serving and finished with 30 team aces in the win.
Senior captains Tatianna Colegrove and Nae-rew Martin were each instrumental in the win for the defending co-league champions.
Colegrove finished with eight aces and a pair of kills, while Martin had five aces and a team-high nine assists.
Nalani Colegrove also had a good night and finished with five aces, as did teammate Tahlia Booth.
Tashee Tracy added three kills and Hannah McCullough had two.
The Warriors will continue league play when they host Ferndale on Tuesday night.
