The Da’luk Youth Program will host a wrestling and wellness clinic free of charge for tribal youth in Humboldt and Del Norte counties next week.

The clinic will be held on Thursday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at The Club Gym and Fitness Center in McKinleyville.

And a couple of big names will be on hand to speak to and mentor the young participants, with MMA pro fighters and former H-DNL wrestlers Cass Bell and Louis Cosce both scheduled to be there.

Participants will also receive free food, gas cards and other prizes.

The Da’luk Youth Program is funded by ElevateYouth California and the wrestling and wellness clinic is the latest of multiple clinics being planned.

Local coaches and mentors will help run the clinic.

Participants can register at https://dalukwrestling.ncidc.org.

Bell, who wrestled at Arcata High and now coaches the Tigers, is 5-2 as a pro Bellator fighter.

Cosce, who wrestled at Hoopa High, is 7-1 as a pro and will make his second appearance at a UFC event in September.
