Former H-DNL MVP Claire Bareilles closed out her collegiate career with some big recognition this week.
On Monday, the Humboldt State senior midfielder was named to the 2021 All-California Collegiate Athletic Association team, the only Lumberjack to be included.
Bareilles, who was named as an honorable mention, is a three-year letter-winner for the Lumberjacks after transferring to Simon Fraser in Fall of 2019.
She started in all 18 matches for the 4-10-4 Lumberjacks this season.
The HSU women finished 1-8-2 in conference play.
The all-conference teams are voted on by the CCAA’s 12 head coaches.
Bareilles graduated from Arcata in 2017 and was a league MVP in her senior season and an all-league selection in all four years of high school.
