VIDEO HIGHLIGHTS — Decisive first half lifts Loggers to 2-0

By Ray Hamill — The Eureka Loggers scored on five of their opening six possessions on Friday night, on the way to a 42-0 win at McKinleyville.

The victory lifts the Loggers to 2-0 on the season.

And once again it was achieved with a running back by committee approach, with several players stepping up for Eureka.

What’s perhaps most impressive about the Loggers through the opening two weeks has been the play of their sophomore class, which suggests a bright future for the program over the next couple of years.

Check out the highlights above, with Hayden Bode, Rogan Bode and Hans Chalmers each finishing the game with an interception and a touchdown.
