The Humboldt Eagles 19Us got themselves out of an early hole on Sunday on the way to comfortably beating the Portland Lumberjacks 15-5 in five innings in Eugene.
Trailing 5-0 heading into the bottom of the third inning, the Eagles scored four times to get their offense going, before adding 10 more runs in the fourth.
The Eagles managed just five hits on the day, but took advantage of 12 walks.
Corbin Eichin got the win on the mound in relief of starter Nick Dugan, his second win in relief this weekend.
Eichin struck out three in 1.1 hitless innings, while walking none.
Dugan allowed four earned runs on five hits and four walks in 3.2 innings, while striking out five.
Hayden Bode led the way at the plate, finishing 2-for-3 with a double and two RBIs, while Cameron Saso was 1-for-2 with a double and three RBIs.
Jaden Gorge also had an impact at the plate finishing 1-for-1 with three RBIs, while Bode Joyner was 1-for-2.
The Eagles improved to 26-6 and will pay at Grants Pass on Sunday evening.
