By Ray Hamill — Junior striker Aubrie Hall scored twice in a come-from-behind win at McKinleyville on Wednesday, as the Huskies remained unbeaten on the season with a 5-2 win in girls’ soccer.

Hall’s second goal, which put the Huskies up by three, came on a wonderful strike from a difficult angle, after she received the ball on a throw-in before slipping past one defender to set up the shot.

Hall’s teammate Sarah Killfoil continued her impressive recent run with three more goals, giving her eight in the past three games.

The Huskies defense settled down after allowing two early goals.

With the win, Fortuna improved to 9-0 overall and are now tied with Eureka atop the H-DNL standings with a record of 5-0.
