By Ray Hamill — The North Coast Section soccer playoffs will come to a conclusion this weekend, with several local teams involved.
Both the boys’ and girls’ Division-I championships will feature a pair of all-local matchups.
On the boys’ side, Fortuna will host Del Norte at Husky Field, while on the girls’ side, the Eureka Loggers will try to complete a perfect season when they host long-time rivals Arcata at Albee Stadium.
In the girls’ Division-III bracket, meanwhile, No. 2 seed St. Bernard’s will play No. 1 Technology at Rancho Cotate High School.
All three games featuring local teams are scheduled for 7 p.m. on Saturday night.
In the boys’ Division-II bracket, Head-Royce will play Making Waves Academy in Dublin, while in the boys’ Division-III bracket, Jewish Community will play at Anderson Valley.
